How the Returns Process Works

Step 1

Email returns@depozlar.com or use our contact form with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2

Our team reviews your request within 1–2 business days and sends you a return authorisation number.

Step 3

Pack the item securely and send it to our returns address. Include your authorisation number inside the parcel.

Step 4

Once we inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange is processed within 5–7 business days.

Clothing, footwear and accessories bought from any store in the Depozlar mall, returned unworn with tags intact.

Phones, tablets, laptops, audio gear and tech accessories from our electronics stores, returned within the 30-day window.

Homeware, décor, beauty and everyday goods from across the mall, returned in original packaging.
